Hi! Im SafwanAstroGlitchy4, or known as Sh4d0wSl4y3r_69 on some platforms or TheSilverKnight on reddit. I'm currently a high school student who likes Terraria, Nu Metal, Pure Pwmage, and a bunch of other things I will talk about this page!

Why I created this website

I made this website to share my thoughts, opinions, interests, and projects. It’s my own corner of the internet where I control everything — the design, the content, and the vibe. No algorithms, no feeds, no platform rules, no yap warnings because of the modern day attention span. Just my space, with my stuff.

What do I do?

Well... for starters, im a Canadian-Bengali muslim grade 9 pre IB student who goes to Victoria Park CI, that's that. And I am also a creator on the platform Glomble, it's like 2000s era youtube in a way, but more... "indie" I guess. And as you can tell, I use a lot of indie social media, you can find them on the navbar if u wanna check it out.

Im also a bit tech savvy in case if you couldn't tell, im really into game development and jailbreaking/modding software and hardware, most of the time, it's for customizibility, which is why i like stuff like spacehey and neocities. And I also am good at coding, some coding languages I know are scratch, HTML and CSS (otherwise how else would I have created this website), and python. I might work on my javascript and java coding skills sometime too, as well as create a sidekick neo (a modern day sidekick 3 wifi communicator) sometime during uni, i'll go a bit more depth about my tech skills in the tech stuff page

And I also am a HUGE video game geek. I have been playing video games ever since I was 5 years old, starting out on a nintendo wii and iPad, and them moving to nintendo switch, then the ps4, then the ps5, and now back to the wii, as well as PC gaming. Some of my favourite games are terraria, starcraft, OSRS, super smash bros melee, minecraft, garrys mod, and sonic adventure, and a bunch of other classics I have YET to play.

I am also a bit of an artist, and you know how I said I would post my drawings once I got a new computer? Well that day has come my friends, with my laptop and phone, I could take a picture of sum sketches I did and post it here, or on deviantart (mostly this and newgrounds, i can't stand deviantart anymore), sometimes, I might run my sketches through krita for lineart, coloring, and shading to make it look nice, presentable, and complete, so stay tuned for that!

I have a nice cast of sonic oc's (yes, im a big sonic fan) that I am planning on making into a game/flash animation series (if I could get my hands of a copy of flash, which I doubt I ever will but oh well, theres scratch 2.0). So I have a page for my sonic oc's where I show how they look like, their info sheets, all that jazz.

And I also have a blog on this website, I write on that every 2 weeks, it's very cool.

What do I like, and what do I hate so much i want to drop kick it into mount doom of mordor?

okay that mount doom of mordor part is an exxageration, but you get what im talking about

well, from my glomble desc, I like terraria, nu metal, pure pwnage, and sum other stuf, but I guess you want me to go more in depth about that so.... here we go

As you can probably tell, I LOVE the 2000s and wear that decade on my sleeve (even though im born in 2011 and the only experience I had with the 2000s was through youtube videos). As for why... idk man, there's something about that decade that just felt, cool. Like truly cool, from the technology, to the media, to the edginess, it has that certain charm that makes me feel astonished. Obviously, there were some bad stuff about the 2000s, but I feel like the positives outweigh the negatives.

I've already said that, but I. LOVE. VIDEO GAMES, but im not going to repeat that entire section twice so I guess you can go read that in the "what do I do" section, but for the games I like, it's mostly a lot of indie games and 2000s themed games, but mostly, it's the games i've listed on the what do I do section, as well as ddr, halo series, nba street, counter strike source, skate 3, tony hawk underground series, lots of wii games, gba and ds era of pokemon games (my personal favourites are fire red and heart gold), lots of wii games, dark age era of sonic games besides sonic 06, i feel it had the potential to be a good game. My personal favoutites are shadow the hedgehog, sonic unleashed, and the storybook games. Persona 5. Undertale, and it's cousin deltarune. Sonic Adventure 2. And a lot of wii and gamecube games

Music plays a huge role in my life, some instruments i've played in my lifetime are the piano, snare drum, guitar, and euphonuim. I'm a huge rock music fan (why wouldn't I be?). My favourite genres are nu metal, punk rock, pop punk, grunge, post grunge, and a butt load of 2000s alt rock, and maybe some techno and rap. My big 3 rock bands are Korn, Linkin Park and blink-182. And I also like a lot of video game ost, mainly from sonic the hedgehog, so... yea

I am a HUGE sonic fan (not like chris chan levels of obsessive, just neutral). And i'm one on the good ones dw!!! Uhm, I got into it from watching sonic x on netflix out of curiosity, well after THAT, i was HOOKED, and because of that, my parents got me my first sonic game, sonic forces (not a really good sonic game to introduce me to, but like I was 8 at the time so...). And as i've grown up, I made a couple of sonic ocs, some were rejected, while some were used as references for other oc's I have currently, and as you can tell, they're 2000s themed (who coulda fukn seen that coming amirite???). You can view my sonic oc's on the sonic oc page, just as an FYI, I don't have pictures for them yet so... stay tuned for that!

I really like canadian based media, it feels good seeing my country with their media that's well known (in a good way obvz), most notably, pure pwnage, degrassi - the next generation and scott pilgrim. Pure pwnage for that 2000s gamer style (though jeremy can be a bit of a dickhead imo), degrassi for that true 2000s teen life style that's WAY more real than reality tv. and scott pilgrim for that edgy style meets gamer style day to day life in that series. But I do like my fair share of western american media (i mean, there's only a handful of canadian media that's famous as hell besides these). Some other media I like, are regular show, iron man series, spiderman sam raimi trilogy, lord of the rings (as you can tell from that mount doom of mordor reference), star wars, a stupid amount of adult swim shows from the 2000s, lizzie mcguire, jackass, viva la bam (though bam can be a bit of a dickhead), tom green show, jerry springer show, fight club, school of rock, big bang theory, young sheldon, lords of dogtown, fast and furious, twilight (in an ironic way), the hunger games, harry potter, pokemon, diary of a wimpy kid, naruto, dragonball, one piece, berserk, juamnji, and bruce almighty, and a bunch of other 2000s media that I find interesting

I like a lot of food and drink associated with the 2000s older brother core style, some of which are code red mountain dew, red hot spicy barbeque chicken wings, doritos, and of course, pizza as my main dish, my favourite pizza is new yorker style, with pepperoni, extra cheese, chicken, and maybe onions and green peppers. Some other foods I like are daves hot chicken, costco pizza and costco fries (the store bought ones, like the ones you can find at costco and buy them to cook urself), poutine, biryani, beef, chicken, pizza bagels, hershey's cookies and cream chocolate bars, monster zero ultra, chinese takeout, spring rolls, samosas, burgers, hot dogs, certain types of japanese food that I like, spicy food, shawarama, twinkies, kabob, amp energy, eggs, toast with strawberry jam for breakfast, and sum other things
